 SVR Builders / Swan Valley Restoration is a family based business operated by husband and wife team Mario & Susie Cocivera, with diverse interests in the building and construction industry.
Mario Cocivera has a Diploma of Builders Registration and is a Registered Builder with registration number 10997. He is also a qualified Carpenter and Joiner.
A trade background, including running his own cabinet making business, alongside his brother, and over 20 years hands on experience, have given Mario an eye for detail and an excellent building methodology. The expertise and knowledge gained have made no project too big or too small to take on.
Susie Cocivera has a Diploma of Professional Interior Design from the Interior Design Academy and a strong background & experience in office administration. Susie is the first point of contact and her main focus is to co-ordinate the administration & office support, as well as overseeing SVR’s own property development projects.
With Susie’s knowledge of Interior Design she is also able to help clients make decisions on products, materials and colours. At SVR you’ll have the opportunity to meet and discuss your building requirements with the people who will be working on your project.
